Saints are playing like thugs.

If this was any other team in any other game there would be 10 personal fouls already and they'd all get huge fines next week. I bet none of them do after this game.

Favre has been getting destroyed all game. He's too old to be taking that many shots.

I hope Favre is hurt after that Pussy roughing the passer call he got.

Horrible call on the roughing the passer, and I'm someone that generally agrees with strict enforcement of the rule.

And Favre...talk about the boy who cries wolf. I used to play hockey with someone who, no matter how hard he was hit, was guaranteed to struggle back to the bench and for at least another shift, then miraculously be fine. Of course, it was so that all anyone would ever talk about was how tough he was to keep playing, which was garbage.

By the NFL rules, that should've been a penalty on the Favre INT. Not allow to take shots at the knees and they clearly did that.

I was alright with it because he kept driving and then drove him into the ground long after Favre got rid of the ball.

That play was more roughing than the one that was called. You can't deliberately go low like that.

I thought the hit on Favre was a little low. Having said that, the Personal Foul was not a good call...I'm a huge Favre fan...there's no way he comes out of this game.

That's pretty shitty of you. He didn't make the call...the ref did.

The Roughing the passer call was legit. Favre was planted, and that's is what was called. Not that I agree with the rule, but by the letter, that's the correct call.

because they called the other one they didn't want to call another one

but I agree, the low hit is supposed to be a major point of emphasis and was more obvious than the other one

I disagree, he's taken more hits tonight than a pinata on Cinco de Mayo....and these aren't pansy shoving hits after the ball is gone. These are big assed d-linemen and linebackers nailing him.

Yeah, what a terrible thing to say. Hope he doesn't play well, not that he's hurt.

Saints need to have more of a sense of urgency

that was a golden opportunity to seize control of this thing
