1. WR
2. TE
3. S
4. CB (depth)
5. OL (especially guard depth)

Sure the Bengals lost some quality TE's, but Utecht is gone, Reggie Kelly is done after the achilles and Chase Coffman has to be considered a bust until he proves something. They need an impact TE, because it not only could give Palmer a weapon he's never had, it would open things up for the WR's and allow more diversity in the running game.

The secondary depth will be important, especially to beat some of the high-powered passing offenses in the AFC.

The Bengals need more QUALITY depth on the offensive line, preferably a couple guys who can pass protect.

A month or so after his season-ending concussion/head injury, the Bengals decided to release him.

Good analysis. What I have heard is Coffman can catch anything and everything, but does not like to block. The Bengals need a guy who can do both.

Utecht was already cut. He has since retired I believe. Too many concussions. Scary issue actually. When you miss an entire season after a concussion I'd say it's probably time to hang it up. I heard it was his 3rd or 4th severe one of his life...not something to mess with.

Reggie Kelly was on his last leg, and that's why it was so emotional when you saw him tear that achilles. You knew it was the beginning of the end for him.

As for Chase Coffman, we saw on Hard Knocks that the guy wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. With that said, I don't care if he can't block, I don't see how he never made it on the field, especially in obvious passing downs. Obviously the Bengals had two primarily blocking TE's in Focchi and Coats, but neither had good hands, and you would've thought a guy with the red zone ability and hands of Coffman would've at least gotten a chance. To me, that says wonders about where he really is. Hopefully he has a good off-season and is in the mix next year.

^^I'd love to have a tight end, JP has a lotta drops. He's an athlete though.

We definitely need a stretch the field, deep threat WR

TE as mentioned Foschi looked decent towards the end of the year A LOT better than Coats who dropped at least 3 TD's this year

More depth at OL position

I think if we get Roy Williams back healthy next season along w/ Crocker/Trent we have a pretty good secondary to go along w/ Hall & JJ but you can never have enough depth at CB/S

Also maybe getting a QB in the later rounds b/c I have no confidence in O' Sullivan or Jordan Palmer if Carson went down for some odd reason.... Also Carson needs to get surgery on that injured hand of his.

What do you mean you need a deep threat WR who can stretch the field? Dont you have a pro bowl WR on your roster now?

In this offense, Chad isn't that, never really was. Chris Henry was. They need to replace Henry. That doesn't mean Chad isn't a very good WR anyway.

Hines ward has made a pro bowl, does that mean he is a stretch the field kind of WR..... your "jokes" on Bengals threads are not even funny

Everyone has it nailed. Need a WR who can stretch the field and a playmaking TE. If Gresham is there in the 1st round, he has to be the Bengals pick.

I'm sure we'll hear some Brandon Marshall talk, but I doubt that happens.

The Bengals should not lay down in the last week of the season and take every game serious! That's why they are at home now. Dumb coaching move.......

On the Jay Glazer show on fsn, Ocho says that T.O. is coming to the Bungals next season. I would pay money to see this happen. 2 over-rated never has been big mouth me-me-me divas on the same team. Please make it happen Mike Brown please! It would be fun.

They need to get another WR, a TE, they need to cut Daniel Coats, get some more depth on the D-line and at LB, and find a safety
