Iliketurtles with the blowout victory in week 1. Won by 33 with a lineup that would have cashed in the Millionaire Maker. 142 points was the cutoff.

I entered my worst lineup in this contest. Ugly week.

On to week 2. We had 6 last week. Drknoitall and Hasbeen have expressed interest in joining. That would make 8 for this week.

Let me know if you are in for this week, assuming we get 8...what you want to play for ($5 or $10) and if we have 8 should we pay winner take all or top 2. I'd like to send the invites on Thursday or Friday.

My vote:

$5 or $10- doesn't matter. I'll do what the majority wants. I'd prefer to do whatever keeps this going longer. If we do $10 a week are we going to lose people by week 5 where as if we do $5 we can play long into the season? Up to you guys.

If we get 8...pay top 2.

I'm cool with $5 or $10. Doesn't matter to me. I'd say $5 probably works best because if people continue to lose hopefully they will stay in longer.

$5 or $10 is fine, but I agree that $5 will keep people in longer.

So we got 8. Laley and Like_That still to confirm.

I mean, at the same time, it's kind of annoying to have to post on this thread to get the invite. I usually start setting my daily teams on Wednesday.

We need to get a solid commitment from people, even if we keep it $5 a week, if that keeps more people in. The week to week is stupid. You're either in or you're not.

Does everyone take whoever they want or is there a salary cap? PPR? I've never done anything but the big millionaire maker contests on DK.

There's a salary cap...same salary cap as the Milly Maker. Everybody makes their own team. It's PPR.

The whole point of doing the daily 'league' as opposed to just a regular league is that if you don't want to play for a week...you don't have to. If you are out of town or won't be watching football and don't want to play a certain weekend...that is fine.

As for you or anybody else who wants to be in every week...I'll consider you in. You don't need to post here unless you don't want to play. The issue here is Draft Kings. They won't let you setup a 10 man contest and have it run if only 8 people join...that's why the commits need to be solid. One guy can ruin a whole contest and it's not like I have or want everybody's number to chase them down each week.

We have 10 for this week so far. As many have mentioned...$5 will probably keep it going longer. With 10, I would set it up to pay the top 2.
Laley would be 11...I'm assuming he is in but I'll send him a quick email.

No. Keeping it to Sunday/Monday.
