The point is pointing out Brian Kelly's average achievements and trying to portray him as some sort of super coach is ridiculous. Kelly is NOT a good coach; he won 2 average conferences at best and then went to ND where he's won nothing except get blown out against any real competition. His biggest accomplishment is getting blown out in the title game against granted a far superior team. When he can come into a real conference(PAC12, B1G, SEC, etc.) and win something other than a plastic COY award then I'll give him some credit. Again, he's an average coach who is responsible for the negligent death of a young man that was swept under the rug, he deserves nothing.

You stated ANYTHING. Of course your typical rebuttal was weak. What you really meant, but were unable to elaborate was that he has not won a major conference championship. I never stated he was a superior coach, he has won at every level he has been at. I am not a Kelly "supporter" and won't defend any action that he or his admin took in regards to Declan.

Why bother elaborating? I'm sure Brady Hoke won a few high school championships doesn't mean he's a good coach. Next time I'll explain common sense and how it works rather than just assuming you have the intelligence to differentiate something relevant vs. irrelevant.

So, Bill is planning to leave an NFL job where he's become a god-like figure for the NE part of the country to take on the job at an historic college power that's been mired in mediocrity as of late (first, "mediocre" by Michigan expectations and now, "mediocre" by the actual definition of the word).
