As was mentioned in a previous post, I think the league is trying to "save face" by announcing the stiffer penalties for domestic violence (Ray Rice), from now going forward, so they can drop a harsher penalty on Gordon. Based on the case he presented, and the fact there are reports about the NFL trying to save face because they are wrong, he deserves to serve ZERO days. If they NFL suspends him just because they don't want to look bad, I would take this to court easily. If they give him the indefinite suspension, he has to wait one calendar year to apply to be reinstated.
