I'd keep an eye on Andre Johnson. I could see the Browns making a move for him, especially with him wanting out of Houston.

Does he have a no trade clause? He wants to play for a contender.

RT @BobHoltzmanESPN: Browns player: "we're all expecting Hoyer to start" week 1. Feeling is Pettine announces WELL BEFORE 3rd preseason gm.

Yawn, this story is played out. Training camp started, let's move on to real football talk MKC mmkay? Even if this is true, then I say good. Maybe it would be a lesson for Johnny to focus more.

The most alarming part is the browns organization leaks like a sieve.

Except it doesn't. MKC is a moron who hasn't had a source in 10 years. I know for a fact she has reached out to people in the business trying to get info while admitting she can't get anything out of this or the past administration.

saw something on the OBR that Mort reported theres growing sediment that Gordon could win on a techinacailty or something like that. Anybody else hear or see this? It should be interesting.

And Pettine did his interview said JFF was further ahead in the playbook than they expected.

If something like this occurs, I will be incredibly excited for the upcoming season. However, I will also be worried for Josh Gordon, the person. The Browns NEED to get him weekly accountability, and the Dez Bryant treatment wouldn't be a bad idea (a chaperone at all times).

Regardless, you've got to love the buzz around Cleveland these days. With rumors of Gordon's suspension appeal and others of Kevin Love requesting a trade to Cleveland, I can't help but be pumped for the next 6-8 months!

Gordon spent two weeks in rehab after his dwi and by all accounts did really well.

I'm not getting my hopes up. I fully expect Gordon to not play this year.

I don't want Gordon to be chaperoned, I want him to get better and smarter on his own without someone holding his hand. That means treatment, rehab, etc, but not the Dez treatment.

To me, having a chaperone hovering over him means that Gordon will probably be tempted the second the chaperone isn't there. It's human nature.

Didn't Dez himself volunteer to have a chaperone?

No idea. I know he agreed to it, but I have to imagine it was Jerry Jones' doing.

Obviously if you volunteer yourself then you probably won't feel the same "rebellious" attitude as if one was forced upon you.

They usually do. I'd I like to think the light bulb went on during these two weeks, but time will tell.
