I understand that. But its not like Mort is going to run to the hills with everything he gets the way a beat writer will. He doesnt need the hits and views and to be "first". He is established and credible. There is definitely more to something he reports than others.

May still be a smokescreen, but its probably coming to a very good source who wouldnt lie to him.

I think mort would run with anything. He's about 5th on the list of people they are putting on tv right now around the Draft. Plus it's espn, they say anything they want. Regardless of whether it is true or not.

Yep. There's honestly no benefit of leaking what you are thinking of doing to the media. I mean it makes zero sense.

I'd take Evans and Bortles with the #6 & #26.

....but, I just can't see Clowney not going #1, so Atlanta is not trading with us.

I wonder if they would trade for Mack, Clowney or Robinson if any of the 3 are there.

Clowney or Robinson no question if they don't go 1/2 ATL is going to try and trade up to get one of them. Mack I don't think they would trade up to get because he could just fall to them.
