When HBO televised "Pacquiao/Hatton 24/7" -- the four-part series that followed the buildup to Pacquiao's second-round knockout of Ricky Hatton to win the junior welterweight title in Las Vegas last May -- it aired footage of Pacquiao taking a routine blood test as part of his pre-fight medical exam in Los Angeles.

The blood test was conducted approximately 14 days before the fight; it punches holes in Pacquiao's argument that giving blood inside 30 days of a fight negatively impacts his performance.

But but bu.... Pac can't have a blood test 30 days before the fight because it will mess him up

hahahhahaha get the fuck outta here with that shit

This seems to me to be a publicity thing. Also Mayweather just trying to get in his head. Mark it down!!! This fight will happen on the original date it has been planned for.
Glad to see somebody has been paying attention.

All this publicity has had the desired result which is keeping this fight in the public eye.
The dickriders and haters of both boxers have been out in force across the internet.
Drug testing, lawsuits, massive penalties for being over-weight................blah, blah....whatever.
Publicity all the way every bit of it.
There will be an agreement on drug-testing, lawsuits will be dropped and the fight will go forward either in March or later in the year.
My bet is it happens in late summer instead of March.
The only way Pac/Mayweather doesn't happen is if one of them gets beat in their build-up fight.
Pac may be fighting either Malignaggi or Foreman. Both would be live underdogs.
PBF may be fighting(cough) Matthew Hatton.

Doesn't matter when it happens the fight is going to suck regardless of who ends up winning it.
I'm not sure who to pick to win the fight but I am 100% certain this fight will be a stinker.
People say boxing needs this fight, boxing needs a big fight.
Boxing ALWAYS needs a big fight, there is never a time when boxing does not need a big fight what boxing does not need is a bad fight and Pac/Maweather isn't going to be any more exciting than De La Hoya/Maweather was.
When Oscar comes out of retirement to fight Julio Cesar Chavez jr that fight will be more entertaining than Pac/PBF.
