When you say "back where it belongs"...was there a time when Central Ohio was a powerhouse region in wrestling? Just for conversation: what 4 kids would beat Kakos at 126? Rooney....Sparks...??? I don't think he'd be giving up much, size wise, at 126. He can possibly make it at either weight, but I like his size/leverage advantage at 120 better than at 126 (actually think he can beat Valenti and possibly Penzone). King (TV), Ferguson (PN) are pretty tough and Bankes (WM), although I haven't really seen him, are projected placers at Darby.
