At 5-foot-10 and 220 pounds, gym teacher John Webster is not a slight figure. But the former college football player claims a 50-pound, 6-year-old student physically assaulted him and sent him into therapy.
I actually feel bad for the guy, no doubt a square kick could pop that knee even from a kid (especially a knee probably already torn up by sports)! The parents quotes say it all! This kid has some serious issues! Sad it has to go to a lawsuit though because of a 6yr old!

The parents sound like turds. Your kid is a menace and is probably going to kill someone in the future if you don't get his ass under control.

The gym teacher probably knew better because he would have been sued had he even defended himself. People will sue for anything these days.
