This last line has the most logical thing I have read in awhile. Some kids read rankings and base how they wrestle on those rankings. The bottom line is that the best wrestlers will advance on that day. Whomever shows up to wrestle will go. This is an exciting time of the year for wrestlers and coaches. Sectional tournaments have a weird feeling sometimes. As a coach, I can tell who is going to advance most of the time. I can also tell who wants the season to be over.
