Leaving tomorrow for Kentucky. I'll b visiting Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace and a couple other big distilleries. But I also want to visit some of the small, lesser known operations.

Leftover champagne tonight. My guests tonight barely touched the second bottle of Ace, and at this price, I'm not letting this shit go to waste!

I was never real big on champagne or wine. I use wine for cooking but for some reason I just cant find any that I like. I havent tried to much champagne so need some suggestions would love to get a little more knowledgeable about it.

With the exception of Cristale, you pretty much get what you pay for. For a balance of quality and affordability, I recommend Moet y Chardon. It'll run you $50 -$100 a bottle, but it's good champagne.
