...seriously contemplating going to West Point in February to see the Midshipmen kick Army's rear again. The dual is on a Sunday this year! Weather will decide.

Also, next Friday, I'm looking to head over to the USO in the Columbus Airport... maybe hang out for a couple hours. Let the brave men and women coming home that day (if any) we appreciate them. Heck, I might even thank someone in the Navy! ...now THAT is thanksgiving!!!

EDIT: 2/24/13. Not a chance I can make that. Aside from the fact that it's the day after the district tournament is scheduled, the Mayan calendar ends on 12/21/12. Sorry.

February 24th. The fact that it's the day after District is what makes it appealing for me....that and it's on a Sunday so I can ask our God for forgiveness in advance for stepping foot on that God forsaken ground on the Hudson.

I have to head over to Home Depot today. I need the guts for a toilet and a faucet. Our bedroom toilet is shot - and has been shot for about 5 months. Just NOT trying to touch the inner parts of a toilet. Bleck!

And we need a faucet because ours is roughly ten years old and the seals have broken. How do I know??? Water... EVERYWHERE!!! Awful! Anywho, gotta throw down about a buck-fiddy for that, and add on the toilet guts, which are - I'm guessing - 35 bones??? I guess it's whatever dude.

I'm beginning to wonder if installing a water softener will help the pipes, seals, and inner workings of my plumbing. Maybe. Maybe not.
