ps: 6 blueberry plants/bushes planted, 4 blackberry bushes planted as well. I also planted 8 strawberry plants. Cucumbers are planted; radishes as well. Sunflower seeds are in too. Next up, jalapeno and habenero plants. I might do one ghost pepper plant just because.

But now I'll post... I planted 6 watermelon plants yesterday. I hope it turns out well...

Oh yeah...

So my kids have one of those kiddie pools. Takes about 15 or 20 minutes to fill. It's up by the house, so it can rest on flat ground. The yard slopes down steadily, for about 125 feet. As it turns out, that's where my garden is!

So, rather than spending around 17 minutes filling the pool and then another 15 minutes watering the garden, I decided to use the pool water.

Well I'm not dragging the pool all the way down there. And I certainly can't bring the plants up. Another option was to dunk my watering can in the pool, and then walk back and forth a great many times. No thanks. I'll choose door number 4, please...

I connect my two 50 ft. houses together, submerge them in the pool. Walk downhill to the garden and just let the closed system and gravity do the work!

Here's hoping they obey me when I say, "DON'T PEE IN THE POOL!!!!!!!" Could make for some funny tasting watermelons! Eek!
