I'm sort of an expert in combustion emissions, a master degree'd chemical engineer, and I can tell you that what we put in the atmosphere does have an affect on the LOCAL climate with things like acid rain, smog, etc. But is has basically zero affect on the global climate.

I've worked in combustion emission research for quite a long time, and this is a fact.

If you all knew how little CO2 was actually in the atmosphere vs how much it would take to really do something you would laugh yourself silly. Not to mention that CO2 isn't even close to the worst "greenhouse" gas. Water vapor is "worse" and methane is MANY times worse than CO2.

There's a reason real greenhouses keep the air saturated with water vapor to use the greenhouse effect, do they add some CO2 as well? Yes, but thats because plants "eat" CO2 through photosynthesis so higher levels of CO2 in a greenhouse are for plant "food" or energy and not to add to the greenhouse affect inside the said greenhouse.

If you are that worried about man made GW (myth) then you should be MUCH more worried about our methane emitting landfills and not CO2.
