Joe Webb is available on Yahoo as a QB/WR. I could use another WR in place of Santonio, and a mediocre QB performance is still normally better than a mediocre WR performance.

Is it wrong to play Joe Webb at WR?

In place of Santonio? What happened to Holmes? I know he has a tough matchup at Pittsburgh, but with Polamalu likely out, and Holmes practicing against these guys for years, he COULD be a sneaky play. Then again, the weather might suck in Pittsburgh ... fill me in! Thanks.

BAB nothing wrong with Santonio, but the Jets offense is really struggling, and I see Holmes getting 10 pts or so (in my league scoring 10 points is OK, nothing special), and terrible QB performances normally get around 12 at the minimum and I see Joe Webb doing slightly better than terrible

Gotcha, you scared me for a minute, and in my deep league my only alternative is Steve Breaston! haha

I know the odds are stacked against him, but I personally would stick with Holmes. PS, I don't use Yahoo: you can start QBs at the WR spot?

No, Joe Webb started the year as a WR, and then moved back to QB, so he's available as a QB/WR.

The problem is I reallllly need the extra points from the rest of my team in the playoff matchup because my QB is Aaron Rodgers, now Josh Freeman.

That makes sense ... that would be a gutsy call, but I can see your strategy. Just not sure I would feel comfortable with Webb, in the cold, against a solid defense. These are the decisions that win fantasy titles! Good luck man.
