We are now taking applications for our Small Group Training program. Athletes in this program train in small groups, separated by age and size, on a month to month basis. Athletes commit to training for the full 3 or 4 weeks of the program, and meet meet once a week for 3 or 4 weeks. The December cycle is 4 weeks long.
We are offering 4 groups for December:
Junior High: Sundays, 4:30 - 6 pm
Elite Lightweight: Sundays, 6:30 - 8 pm
Youth (Grades 6 and under): Mondays, 5:30 - 7 pm
High School: Mondays, 7:30 - 9:00 pm
Dates: November 28 - December 20
