What a sue happy nation we live in. I think Tony Stewart should have sued Kevin Wards family. The mental stress may have led to him retiring from the sport. Ward was on drugs and dumb enough to leave his car and walk on the track toward moving cars. I don't see where his family had a wrongful death suit?
