These are the "live" sports I want to watch the most, so who provides the bet experience given this?
- Buckeye Football
- Reds Baseball
- Miami Dolphins or Bengals/Browns
- College anything - Texas, Tennessee non national coverage
- Cleveland Cavs

Youtube TV. You can get pretty much any sporting event simply by using a spoofer to temporarily change your location to wherever the game is locally.
I watched Steeler games this way, for free, all last year and twice already this year.
But assuming you're in Ohio, YTTV has all the networks and you'll also get BTN and ACCN, for free. They have some other upgrades in 4k packages that I never bothered with.
Both are great, but I prefer Fubo.
It has more obscure channels and soccer.
Edit. I’ve never tried Hulu. But I flip back and forth between YouTube and Fubo based on what I want to watch.

There's an app. If you don't have a smart tv, use chromecast. You can also get all the local broadcast games free simply by setting up Cincinnatti as your location.
Learn me on this spoofer thing. Would it work abroad? Or I’m assuming I would need a physical VPN also?

I have YTTV through a chromecast stick. And the way it works is it syncs your location with your phone. It's a bit tempermental, but the process works like this:
1) power off chromecast/tv
2) download a location spoofer app for your phone. Enable it and choose a location.
3) I usually then reboot my phone, and make sure the spoofer is running with a chosen location.
4) THEN I open YTTV app on my phone, and update the location.
5) Turn on chromecast/tv, and update/sync location from phone.
It may eventually sync or revert back when no longer running the spoofer on your phone. But if you do all this the first time setting up, it might think your permanent home location is CIN.
Supposedly it allows you to change your permanent/home location twice a year (assume for snowbirds). But it seems to allow unlimited temp changes. I really thought they'd lock this down this year after getting Sunday Ticket, but they haven't (at least not yet).
I assume this will work overseas as the location spoofers should allow you to pick any location in the world. A spoofer is different than a VPN, but in theory a VPN would do the same (haven't tried). But if you choose a CIN location for your VPN on your phone and laptop when setting up YTTV, that might work, too.

I switched to yttv about 2 months ago. I miss reds and blue jackets. I also miss the history channel but other than that I love it and savings is worth it. I got the nfl package which after having it the past two years in Texas woulda been hard to go without

History channel is the one thing I miss. There's really no option (other than pirating) because, inexplicably, there's no way to subscribe to a History app or website. Some of the shows are available on Prime Video, but that's about the only other option.

Don't forget the part where you have to turn the antenna dial just right so it isn't all snowy on the screen!
Pop-up today on YTTV....apparently they are running a promo where if someone refers you, you both get $50 off next month's bill.
I believe they also have a free 1 week trial, or at least used to.
Have had both YTTV and Hulu Live.
Liked them both and both had their perks. Once Guardians games were no longer carried by either it didn't really matter to me.
We currently are with Hulu because we can package Disney+ (great for our kids) and ESPN+(golf, BGSU/UT events, MAC events) and Hulu also has Handmaids Tale which my wife was all about.
I do like that YTTV offers the 4 screen display now for football. That could be useful if I am watching games and OSU/UM aren't playing in that time slot.
i used hulu up until about 6 years ago. as much as i like YTTV, the hulu interface i thought was better at the time. i've been on YTTV so long that i'd probably hate hulu if i switched back. only dealbreaker for me would be if i wanted sunday ticket (i do) or not outside of that, the only channel i miss from hulu is History which is not available on YTTV.
The sad reality, nothing you get will get you everything. You will 100% have to have multiple streaming apps.
That said, imo, YTTV has the most sports channels from a national perspective.
Rehashing this thread....
Just got notice that our Hulu Live, Disney Plus, and ESPN Plus trio bundle is increasing to $87.99 starting in October.
For reference, I was paying $65.00 a month exactly 3 years ago. It is crazy.
I just looked up YouTube TV cost and they are offering $64.99 for your first 4 months then it goes up to $72.99.
Our issue is that we have 3 kids under 4 and we use Disney Plus a lot. So even if I switch to YouTube and go with Disney Plus separately, the cheapest option there now (w/ Ads) is $16.99.
The streaming saga has come full circle.....bring back cable.

We have YouTube tv and debating Disney+ (was using my brothers login but I think it screwed up when he moved to a different country). I think without Hulu you can get it for the increased price of 9.99 a month (from 7.99). But agree with the sentiment it is now becoming closer to the price of cable. $75 for att fiber, $75 for YouTube tv, and then any other streaming things.
I’ve never had Hulu live, but I’m happy with YouTube tv’s performance.
YTTV is still way cheaper than cable. When I switched a few years ago, promo prices at Xfinity and Uverse were starting at $95, before taxes (which Xfinity also had at least $30 extra in add-on fees, which for some reason was taxes and not included in the quoted price). Promotional bundle prices had both at around $130-$140 when including taxes. Non-promo prices after 2 years then jumped to over $200, so I had to play that switching game.
So no complaints about the price going to $72.99. Location spoofer still works to get any game I want.

Does that work with a tv, or only on a computer? Also how? I hate having to use the pirated streams on Sundays.
I can’t wait until my kids are older and I can cancel Disney+. Seems like out of all of them, that shit goes up the most. I could also give a shit about Hulu but my wife likes it.
We have YoutubeTV and I have no complaints. I use it the most to watch football. I could actually probably cancel it outside of that and not miss it.
I find myself watching Netflix and Peacock the most.
Tl;dr: I bitch about paying for these but admittedly have just about all of them.

See my earlier post in this thread. I have a chromecast on my TV. I'm not sure it works on a laptop as I don't think a VPN works (but haven't tried). I do it on my phone with a location spoofer, then update my location on chromecast and then I can get the Steelers game.
Still have Spectrum, which I like and then the Roku. My wife has an Amazon Prime account to order 6 things per day but does get you the Prime Video which has some games I want to watch. When we need Peacock or whatever….we just pay the 1 month unless there is a free trial.

lol All of this is so predictable. You can't convince me that businesses doing this shit aren't just doing it "because they can."
Goddamn it. I love YouTube TV. I ditched Fubu months ago due to the price hike. The added feel to get local channels was ridiculous.
Secured everyone with Sunday Ticket, and now hiking it up after 2 years of it when they know we can't switch.
