The amount of testing is absurd. If you don’t have real symptoms (especially vaccinated), then you shouldn’t get tested.
Given that the vaccines seem to protect just as well against serious illness with Delta, I'd probably agree with you. It's important for people to know that they might(?) spread this if they are around vulnerable unvaccinated. Doesn't really seem like that tough of a concept to communicate, but gubmit....
But the at-risk elderly that may need a booster...if breakthru infections continue to increase, I'd consider a test before seeing my parents Thanksgiving. Right now, no, but I'll see what the data says in 4 months.
