So what time of the year is best to buy

I don't think there is really a best time of year to buy. The only advice I would give is IF you're going to buy, plan on holding for AT LEAST 4 years, ideally 8+ years, and just ignore the price in the meantime. Once you live through a "crash" or two it really doesn't affect you anymore.

Not sure how this plays out, but things seem to be heating up right on time.

A month later and we just hit a new ATH. Need a big green candle here so I can buy a farm.

There is a high likelihood that I am going to need to sell a chunk of my stack within the next few years to pay down a mortgage on a farm. Here's hoping the price moves the right direction soon so I can use a little less of it.

If you want to buy, River is a good option.

I’m not sure what to think right now. If we’re still in a 4 year cycle then the cycle is most likely over. A bit disappointing if so.

It shouldn't be any more difficult than buying something online. You might need to enter banking info, but once you're setup you can either buy a single lump sum, or set up a recurring buy. I used to buy $X per day automatically. I would recommend buying $X per month or week instead of per day.
