It's over, he got Alaska.

I didn’t realize they hadn’t auto called Alaska as soon as their polls closed like they do the whole west coast and Hawaii because everyone knows how they are going.

Juan Williams on Fox (I am jumping between all 3) just blamed racism, that white men didn’t want to vote in a black woman….

He just gave the exact problem of the left and why so many people are done with them.

I wonder if they will be better than last time.

This is why you can’t prop up a weekend at Bernie’s style dementia patient and lie to the American people for 2+ years about it.

There is zero reason the Ds should have lost to Donald freaking Trump again….

The Dem bosses overplayed and misplayed their hand. Played the Biden angle too long, didn't listen to Obama when he wanted a fast open primary. Many other bad ideas. Suffice to say that they bet on the River and that's where they misplayed.

I had said that I wanted Kamala to win and I meant it. Nobody was going to learn a lesson about the Dems until they got what they voted for - and now they still won't. This shit will go on forever now.

To be a little fair to Kamala: yes, she is an NPC, but the Dem bosses didn't give her a lot of time to work with. That would be difficult for anybody.

Jmog is right. Dems should have been able to beat Trump.

We have a decent probability of Vance becoming president within 4 years.

I'm disappointed I can't be an insufferable and obnoxious ass.

I have paid my bet here. Justin, buy your wife a bouquet of flowers, I suggest daisies.

The people have spoken.

Scott Presler won Pennsylvania for Trump. I don't think Trump could ever pay that back.

When initial exit polls came out last night  I told my wife it was over.  I underestimated how badly people thought Biden did.  Economy was the number 1 answer in exit polls consistently and you knew that wasn’t against Trump.  Then you saw him doing better in rural areas and her not getting the number of people out in suburban and urban areas that Biden did and could tell fairly early it was a wrap.  I haven’t seen the final numbers yet, but total numbers have to be down.

There’s a house not far from me where the blinds are down on the front window and it says “Trump Won, democrats cheated.” And it’s been like that since 2020. I’m wondering what it’ll say now.

“Trump won, democrats didn’t cheat”?

“Trump won, democrats didn’t cheat enough”?

“Trump won, republicans cheated”?

My TikTok this morning was full of women and transgender people saying “I’m glad the price of bread or eggs was more important than my life.”

They literally have been brainwashed to believe Trump is going to execute them.

Eh.. I still can't stand him and will be glad when he's gone. Still don't understand his appeal, tbh... Maybe I haven't felt the pain from the economy others claim to have.

Did I see Harris didn’t gain in a single county in the entire damn country? That is incredible. LOL. What a horribly run campaign from start (no primary) to finish (Harris never having a plan).

I’m not convinced Trumps economic plan will work (on surface it seems like it will be worse), but here’s to hoping.

I actually think this could be the best thing that happens to the Dems. I get your "teach them a lesson" mentality here but maybe now they will slide back toward the middle and get a more even keel candidate than these radicals. I'm not guaranteeing that Trump will be the cure all but the country couldn't take a chance on electing that.

I think this is spot on.  Besides his dedicated followers, a lot of Trump votes probably came from people who weren’t going to vote for an unknown person who had some very left wing stuff in her past.

Eh... this falls squarely on Biden. There's no way he didn't know how unpopular he was, right? He shoulda said he wasn't running again, had an open primary, then given that candidate a chance to run a campaign. Dropping out right before the election is on him IMO.

She's the worst candidate of all-time.  Would've had a better shot with Biden, which is hilarious.

I agree with others on here that Biden shares most of the blame as he took way too long to drop out.

Credit to Trump. He knew his issues were the economy and immigration and those carried the day for most people.

I just hope his tariffs do not screw up the economy, but we will see.

But how did everyone not know that? Trump way outperformed the Hispanic vote, especially in south Texas. They don’t like it either. I also saw an exit poll where Kamala only outperformed Trump on abortion by less than 10 points. Looks like we all missed on what impact that would have, especially now that the President doesn’t have much of a say in it.

I think Elon buying Twitter played a role in the election too. Yes it is a cesspool, but it is also the biggest platform to battle the left’s monopoly on media, allowing another side of a story to be heard.

And calling half the country Nazi’s and garbage probably isn’t the best idea, but will they learn anything from it?

Yeah agreed. I thought Harris not focusing on the economy was a huge error. Instead, it was the Trump is a threat argument, which people don't care about anymore.

Agreed on Twitter, X. But, credit to Trump too for going on other media platforms like Joe Rogan and new type of media, podcasts.

Will Ds learn anything from it? I doubt it lol, but depends on how hard they want to go in on the whole Resistance 2.0.
