I said back in 2020 Biden was in the early stages of dementia. That's typically a steady 5-10 decline. Joe's is probably slower with early intervention and the best drugs, but the progression is right in line with that longer 10 years.
IMO, if Joe will be off prompter for more than 10-15 minutes, they pump him up with nicotine, caffeine and probably ritalin. They might not have done that for the debate not wanting to overdose him again like SOTU. But he was back on the campaign trail the next day, and seemed fine (read: they pumped him full of drugs). But they can't do that for hours every day, which is why he's barely been campaigning.

Well it could be any number of reasons that he has better cognitive function on some days and awful cognitive days. It really depends on the nuts and bolts of what is driving his malfunction. For example, can the problem be targeted because of plaques or tangles or some other causation.
It could also be because of a fading effect of something like a super B12 injection that will occur over a time period. It can be sporadically functional or can be a steady decline of usefulness. It could even be a miscalculation of injection time for his needs or a specific need.
Super B12's aren't the only meds/injections/other therapy's that can help, but they are commonly used and what a lot of people think of when asked. It can also be prescribed in pill form. Either way, it's only a temporary tool.
A majority of patients with the illness don't die directly from the illness. Something as simple as falling can do it because they forgot to use their cane or walker or even rolling out of bed.
My mother progressed to the point where she didn't even know who I was.

Tulsi took Kamala out of the Presidential race in about 25 seconds. Kamala couldn't overcome the facts that Tulsi laid out, with the worst one being keeping a freed man on death row until the courts forced her to get him out. She wouldn't know what to do as a president and so her presidency would just keep the Biden administrations policies floating.
If the only two choices we had to choose from were to be black women, I'd pick Michelle Obama and I can't stand her. She only became proud to be an American when her husband was nominated for a high political office. Therefore she can fuck off all the way to the moon.

I hope he does! He's one of the few people with late stage TDS who puts up a good argument to disagree on. I might disagree with him on a lot of things and vice versa. But at least he has something to say.
