Well he's 150 lbs (doubtful) and has been for 2 years so he's probably done growing. And there's nothing wrong with being small if you're a jockey. But being a small RB isn't a great attribute.  You can mask that in smaller divisions where the size isn't there.. Also he's a stop and start runner without exceptional speed. Again, you can mask that in smaller divisions where you're still faster than everybody. Won't work against most teams Massillon plays. Chances are he never makes it out of the backfield in d1-2 schedule. He goes for TD's right now.

You just used these words...."doubtful", "probably" and "chances are." And it took you several days to think of this response? Son, try harder.

First of all, you think nobody has ever grown between their sophomore and senior years? You're not that blind are you?

Secondly, as I said earlier, he won't stay at RB if he plays at Massillon, he'll be playing in the slot.

And finally, if you're criticizing his speed, you've most likely never actually seen him play.

Swing and a miss.

Yeah but he's a hold back so he should be going to his senior year already. At his age and hasn't grown in a few years.. my bet is he's done.  And he's not slow.. but he doesn't have elite speed. Hes quick. Shifty. But he's not even as fast as Orrvilles QB.

He'd be better in the slot for sure. But I still have question how well he'd hold up with his frame. And does he want to leave a RB job for a slot job where his touches go down immensely? Either way it hurts his recruiting.

So if recruiting is your main focus,

Receivers at Massillon

2017 Austin Kustcher WR (pwo) Ohio State

2018 Tre'von Morgan WR (Michigan State)

2018 Aldrin Ford WR (Youngstown State)

2020 Jayden Ballard WR offers from many schools including Ohio State and Penn State.

So I don't think it hurts his recruiting at all. Maybe he goes to a bigger better school that plays tougher competition and proves all the doubters wrong.

Ballard just added an offer from Oregon yesterday.
