I found the box score for that game.  I realized how weak the lineup was. Leading off was Paul Dade in center (was this the year that Manning hurt his back and recovering at Eck’s house?). Kuiper was batting second (at least he was batting .277 that year). Bell and Thornton followed. Thornton hit an inside the park HR after Bell had made an out. The rest of the line up was Bochte, Carty, Pruitt, Kendall, and Duffy.

Knew Thornton hit an inside the park HR in that game. Also loved me some Bruce Bochte.

Ok, Browns playoff edition: Since 1951, what are the most wins the Browns have had in the playoffs in one season?

I'm going to guess 1. There was only the championship game in the early years, and they had a bye each time they played Denver.

You got it. They won 2 in 1950. When I heard that on the radio I thought it was a joke. Thought those years they went to the AFC Championship that they would've had to win more than one.

1950 must have been a tie-breaker game, then championship. In the early years when the first place team went to the championship, they played a tie-breaker game if teams finished in a tie for first (like baseball does).

Jim Brown:

Had 59 games with 100+ yards rushing, of those 59 how many times did he go for 200+?

Unfortunately, the Paul Mcdonald and Willis Adams ones next to it are much more legible.

Well, just saw a Derrick Henry stat that gives the answer. So I’ll abstain from more guesses. I wasnt close though, that’s a hint,

I looked it up, so I’m on the sidelines now.

Fun Fact, Brown is #1 all time in yards rushing average per game at 104.3, Walter Payton is second at 99.8
