HUGE news.....Center Ethan Pocic returning from IR and could play against the Saints. Was playing at a very high level when he got hurt. Fingers crossed as I can't stand to watch that 4th stringer, The Swedish Chef, get mauled another week.
Every time he gets beat I mumble "fleurten deurten schmeurten" under my breath.
Garrett, Bitonio & Chubb to the Pro Bowl with Cooper, Teller, Conklin, Ward & Njoku as alternates.
Say what you need to about him but he's always been big on the kids and community from Clemson to Houston and now here.....
Clowney out while Chubb & Garrett did practice. Whoever runs the ball best in this likely wins. Could be an advantage for New Orleans as the Ginger Water Pistol won't have to air it out.
EDIT: Olave & Landry out for the Saints so this should be a run fest.
Browns got some help from the Jags last night.
Browns obviously would have to win out but the only scenario I see them making it in is if the Rats have a complete collapse and they tie at 9-8.
I see the Chargers & Dolphins getting WC1 & WC2 and believe the Patriots & Jets will end up 8-9, along with the Titans. LV or Pittsburgh will eliminate the other Saturday night. I don't see the winner of that game running the table.
Still think there's little to no chance these scenarios happen.
This one comes as a shocker, as I figured they'd let him walk in the offseason, but they have signed Jack Conklin to a 4 year/$60 million extension. $31m guaranteed.
Hope this doesn't mean they aren't going to try to resign Ethan Pocic. I don't trust Nick Harris at center.
Also wonder if this means they will slot James Hudson at LT and try to trade Jed Wills. Pretty sure Hudson was the heir apparent to Conklin's job.

Steelers were in your scenario last year and it all worked out. Browns have a shot and honestly if I’m the Bengals or Bills….I’d rather they not make it in.

Browns defense has been bad but they get up for the AFC North. They've held their own against division opponents. Still don't see all of the cards falling in place. I could see the Rats beating Atlanta 2-0 this weekend.

If they miss due to Baltimore keeping them out…..I’ll apologize as Mitch Trubisky gave them a W (which potentially could be the Steelers clincher as well, but not likely)
Njoku is crazy.

A "shot". I mean, they're two games out with three to go and both Miami and SD have the head-to-head tiebreaker over them, meaning they'd have to win out while at least one other team would have to lose out. Which is a decidedly worse scenario than being 7-7-1 and behind four 8-7 teams in the race for that final spot.
Saw a graphic saying that, like Pittsburgh, they're in that really desirable "less than 1 percent" chance of making it. You know, where you'll keep fighting to win and get in as long as possible, even though (at least in Pittsburgh's case, Cleveland has no dog in this fight) the most likely thing doing so will accomplish is hurt your draft position by a couple spots.
Stefanski sucks. How can he not see to keep running the ball all day?
We gambled our future on a QB who is currently a project who you hope develops at this point in time.
Myles Garrett took the day off.
Sorry guys but I'm now in HEAVY favor of a retractable dome in case of games like this. Watson's arm strength doesn't get it in these high wind games.
Unfortunately, I think that Stefanki is teflon and won't be going anywhere. After some of the play calls on those last two drives, he should've put himself on the hot seat.

He gets outcoached in the second half every week. He can't make adjustments.
The warm weather dome team had a great game plan for playing in horrible weather. The cold weather outdoor team used the same game plan they use in 80 degree September games.
Browns 2-2 vs NFC South
Other 3 AFC North teams were 12-0
How do you not score in the 2nd half? I missed it, but that’s gotta be on someone.

We had 2 TD passes dropped on the last drive, but the bigger issue is that stefanski refuses to stick with the running game.
Was at todays game with my 16 year old as it was a Christmas gift for him…
That was fun….😒😤😡🤬
