What do you mean if

Well, I mean, slashers suck as a rule if you're comparing them to The Godfather or whatever as far as acting and stuff goes, but if you're just looking to watch a hulking behemoth of a person shove various garden tools through peoples' skulls, they're awesome as fuck.

So, for me, the "if" is solely based on if the people making the movie either use a lot of creativity to twist the characters in Winnie the Pooh into deranged killers OR if it's a basic generic slasher that just happens to have people dressed like Pooh and friends. Oh, and it best be bloody, too. Nothing is worse than a slasher where all the kills seem to happen just off-screen. Nothing.

Moonfall: 0/10. Turned it off halfway through.

If it was meant as Satire/comedy they hit the nail on the head. If was supposed to be a legit sci-fi/disaster movie it was absolutely terrible.

The number of laws of physics that were broken was comical.

Dr. Strange. Middle of the pack Marvel for me. 6/10

Agreed, so much hype…but disappointed. 5.5/10

Chip n' Dale: Rescue Rangers

If you are between the ages of 35-45, this movie was 100% made for you. It is essentially a newer version of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and I am here for it.

Top Gun: Maverick

7.5/10, did the original justice, my wife, who doesn't like this type of movie anyway, actually liked it. The dogfight and training scenes were really good.

Free Willy. Holds up. 8/10. Just heard about the rescue rangers, will have to watch.

Have only heard enormous praise for Top Gun 2 but no chance I see it until streaming.

Wife made me watch the Abercrombie doc. Possibly the dumbest thing I’ve ever watched. Bunch of ugly fat people complaining. As if it is a right to work at a company.

Was that on Netflix?

Edit: I looked it up and it is. I haven’t found much to watch on Netflix lately. I could probably cancel it and be fine.

I hardly remember the first Top Gun….how important is that to enjoying the new one?

Only real important parts they flash back to, it can be watched without an in depth knowledge of the first.

Not needed, but they make a tooon of references to the original.

The opening shots are beat for beat for example and it was awesome.

The original is like 100 min. Just pop it on anyway, cause it's still badass.
