I have only walked out of one that I can remember, and it was Moulin Rouge. That was so long ago that I don't even remember why I didn't like it.

I walked out of one.  All the Pretty Horses.  Went with a girl.

I walked out because it was so boring I couldn't handle it anymore.

That sucks. The preview didn't really grab me but I figured with the director and DDL in it, that it would be a decent watch.

Yeah, I didn’t have great hopes as it looked mediocre.  It PTA and DDL are damn good alone, and together created There Will Be Blood, so, I figured it might surprise me.

Mom also saw it and HATED it. Said it was bottom 5 movie she had ever seen for what that is worth.

How crappy of a rating would the movie have to be to just give up on it and turn off early on or half way through?

I say between 4-5 would probably keep me from finishing it

At home on TV 4/5, rental/PPV-3/4, at a Theatre 1/2

I turn off movies all the time when I am just watching on TV, as I have nothing "invested". It would have to be a really bad movie for me to leave a theatre as I am already $20+ invested (assuming wife is with me and we got at least a drink).

I have never left a theatre, my wife has though. She left halfway through one of the Lord of the Rings movies when she found out I wasn't kidding that there was still 1.5 hours left.

So, assuming you saw Ghost Rider 1, why would you pay movie theatre prices to see GR 2?

The first one was bad, the second one was God awful. No way after seeing the first would I pay to see the second.

12 strong.

8 out of 8.

Best modern day war movie, and possibly the best true story war flick I've seen.

The first one was decent compared to the 2nd and I admittedly have a problem with going to the movies. Ha

Manchester by the sea on Amazon. Pretty good movie, but didn’t really like the ending.

Watched Titanic last night with our 11 year old daughter.  She loved it.  I hadn't seen it since it came out 20 years ago.  It has held up pretty good.  I remember being sick of hearing about it at the time.  But it is actually a pretty good film.  The special effects are really good considering how long ago the film was made.

I walked out of Ace Ventura Pet Detective.  Horrible.

I didn't see this in the theater, but I actually hated it and turned it off after less than an hour.

Nicholas Cage is the guy you get when you have a "blockbuster", but the script is so bad nobody else will do it.

Hostiles--quite good; had some trouble hearing or understanding some of the dialogue, also some captions are hard to read against a light background.
