New Chevelle today 😍

Fab- My sons turned me on to Chevelle years ago and I thank them.

Ludovico Einaudi with coffee this morning. He's a bucket list guy I want to go see one day. 

Morgan Wallen’s new double album is legit. Him and Luke Combs came out of nowhere in the last few years and blew up country music

Been alternating between my Merle Haggard, Dokken and NWA channels on Pandora.

Sturgill Simpson - Cutting Grass volume one. Flat out bluegrass and it is fantastic.

Picked this up on vinyl this weekend and am listening now. Great album.

On an Iron Maiden kick recently. They've always been a favorite. Been listening to A Brave New World, their first album after Bruce Dickinson returned. If you're a metal fan, there is no more talented band. 

Up the Irons. 

Since the weather has improved, been listening to Tribe Called Quest more and more. Seems like my go-to in the car with the windows down on a nice day.

Vince Gill won best solo performance with a fantastic song off of his album Okie.

How the hell did that happen? They're notorious for rewarding mainstream mediocrity.

Uhh no. Miranda Lambert won best country album and the Highwomen won best country song last night. If you go back the last several years, best country album has been legit with Tanya Tucker, Kacey Musgraves, Chris Stapleton, and Sturgill Simpson. Best song has been won by Tanya Tucker, Stapleton, Simpson, Musgraves, and Carrie Underwood. The Grammy county awards have been accurate. It is usually the CMAs and shit like that that get it wrong. 

Speaking of Stapleton, I've been going back and forth between his latest album and some Tribe Called Quest.  Cold has been stuck in my head most of the weekend.

Shooter Jennings and Brandi Carlisle produced that Tanya Tucker album. Yeah, I agree that this list isn't bad at all, especially Sailor's Guide to Earth.

Heard/saw the Tanya Tucker song this AM on CMT about Bring me Flowers or whatever its is called.  Seems new.....man, powerful song.

Typically been rocking my Dokken or Waylon Jennings channel on Pandora but since I got XM in my new car as a trial it has been been quite a bit of Hair Nation.

Cold is a monster of a song. You can hear literal pain in his voice.
