For me, it's Jay Bilas. As an analyst, he's OK, certainly not special. Where he annoys me is his constant pointing out all of the money being spent in college sports on things other than players (facilities, coaches salaries, etc.). He's not wrong, but he's a massive hypocrite for noting these things while at the same time soaking in a high-six or seven figure paycheck from the same source.

Jay sucks. He talks out of both sides of his mouth. Rails on NCAA for "exploiting" college athletes, but yet he makes a living "exploiting" college athletes. Take a stand Jay. Fight for them if you really believe it.
