After hearing about the pass rush of both these teams, and then neither team really being dominant in their pass rush, I'm of the firm belief that you need defense in the regular season, to get you to the playoffs, but once you're there you better have a high octane offense.

With guys like Mahomes, Hurts & Burrow out there (omitted Allen because I think the Bills aren't serious contenders yet) you'd better be able to put up at least 5 scores because they will. Defense seems to go out the window.

Masterclass by Mahomes and Reid in the second half.

Eagles pass rush did not look great after being dominant all year. I wonder how much field conditions played into that.

Jalen Hurts played an amazing game in the loss.

That field took them like two years to plan for and was total shit.

I don't get this one bit.  How do you have such a crappy field on the biggest game in the sport (all levels)?  How is that surface not tested, re-tested, etc.?

Sirius NFL channel was interviewing Chiefs safety Justin Reid this afternoon and I guess earlier in the year he was the emergency kicker when Butker got injured. The hosts asked him if he warmed up kicking before games, just in case, and he said he does every game since that happened. He said in pregame warmups before the Super Bowl he hit from 60 yards and felt he was "ready."

A safety hitting a 60 yarder? These guys are freaks.

AJ Brown responded and gave it back to him pretty good.

“They said we were rebuilding. In our rebuilding year, we’re world champs.” - Mahomes

Wat. Everyone had them penciled into the AFC championship at least. Who thought they were rebuilding??

Seems like the Chiefs like to play the old "disrespect" card more than most.
