I used to take my 2 mile walk in the mornings but these days I do it at night. For some reason if I walked or ran in the morning I would drag ass thru the like 12-3pm hrs.justincredible wrote: The last two days: work out. At 5:30am.

Up at 7:15, straight into the shower, off to the lab by 7:45, teach my class at 8:10.
