CBS announcers should be applauded for not getting into the VOLS recent problems. If they should happen to meet Kentucky in the finals........man, there might be parole officers in the front row.

They already played 3 times this year, and there weren't any issues.

CBS mentioned "the incident" at least half-a-dozen times too.

Not sure what the point of this thread was?

Oh I think you know. Why the reply? Calipari and the Vol players would seem to be made for each other. "the incident" was not made out to be just that. A bit more to the Tennessee coach however. I'm sure if it were the OSU players you would have heard much more about THE INCIDENT!

My head is spinning, as well. My best guess is that the announcers must have erred because they didn't spend 2/3 of the game lambasting Tennessee's program over the "incident" that resulted in one player being kicked off the team and a few others being suspended. This is reinforced by the belief that if Ohio State had been in the situation Tennessee was, apparently that would be the only thing anyone would talk about while the game was being played. Oh yeah. And don't forget the Kentucky is a thug program as well. That seemed to be an important point, too.

Now follow with me as I slowly shake my head and move along.
