A while back, a friend of mine was at his family reunion, when he, and a few other adults caught a few teenage punks damaging cars, they actually caught the kids and held them until the police got there. When the police did get there, they asked the adults if they roughed the kids up at all, my friend said no, and the policeman said, Well you should have, that's the only way you are going to get any justice.
