It does come down to big people if they want to lose the weight, but my grandfather once made a good point. He pretty much said go find some 100 pound weights and walk around all day. It is almost guaranteed that you would be tired. Eating healthy is the easier part but it takes a combination of dieting and exercise. Working out is more difficult due to the excessive weight a person may carry. So I will say its difficult for big people when it comes to that.

True that it didn't occur over night. But some have been struggling with it their whole life. Obesity in children is ridiculous these days. It's not that child's fault that they are overweight. Getting back to the movie, there are at least two fat performers who are a million times more successful than you are. When I saw this thread at 3 pages, I was excited. I expected to see some in depth discussion about the film, which I didn't bring up on here before, because I didn't expect many people to be into it....

Yes, I tried to have a serious discussion about the movie and it was ruined by moronic comments.
