and how much do you weigh? Yesterday, I got my yearly physical and weighed 217 lbs. However, at 5'10" tall I definitely need to lose some serious pounds. The Doc said try to get to 180. I wish.

5'10 and I gained some weight over winter (which is normal for me) that I will be losing shortly like always.

6'1 245, I've lost about 15lbs since working at FedEx so that's a great thing. The bad thing is that once I get down to 235 is that I won't be able to lose anymore weight. Idk why that's just how it's always been.
