I always love Gus Johnson calling a close game. Wow!! He gets me fired up late in a game, even when I dont care much for either team.

Gus is the best play by play in ALL of basketball.

Followed closely by Dan Schulman IMO.

I don't care much for Dan Shulman.

I LOVE Gus Johnson though.

Then Bill Rafferty would be my 2nd choice. ONIONS!

Could you guys imagine if Gus and Raft were together for a game?!?!? There would NEVER be a silent moment

Didn't they call a game together last season?

Is this really a question? You should have asked who is the second best announcer because Gus is clearly #1 :)

The question should be who is the 3rd best announcer, because Bill Rafferty clearly has the #2 spot locked up.

I kind of get why CBS goes to Jim Nantz for the Final, but I'm pretty sure Gus and Raft would bring a few more viewers to the game...

I was at the Dublin Irish Festival for the OSU/Xavier game.

When Ron hit that shot, I have never heard that many people scream and yell. It was amazing, they had the game projected on the side of the tent and NO ONE was paying attention to the act that was on stage.

I thought the game was over for sure because people forget that Justin Cage was money just about all night at the free throw line. So when he went back to the line, I was like its a wrap. As soon as he missed I stood up and was like "please let Ron shoot this shot." Next thing you know, he sinks it and the rest is history.
