Politics is a place with its own rules and regulations. If you have a problem about anything there, talk to Justin, LJ or Ptown.

Politics is a whole seperate beast. What goes there, isn't the same as other forums. LJ runs a tight ship over there which is good.

The political forum must make LJ feel important. For a free forum where opinions are shared. The "only" opinion that matter there is his. To a lesser degree the other mod and Justin. That seems almost Hitler like? ONE guy deciding what 3500 other ppl may, or may not talk about on the inet? LOL

Yea, I chose to stay away from the Politics Forum when I saw that all threads had to be OK'd by the Mod.

Politics and 3500 people arent always going to agree though? If a dissenting opinion isnt allowed, it isnt a debate as much as it is a platform for a one sided agenda? (not that I care, Ive posted there maybe 3 times)

I don't mind the rules over there, and LJ doesn't stifle dissenting opinions. I just don't understand why we had to have all of that put in place in order to have a politics forum. It's a fucking internet message board. No one is forced to click on the politics forum and read the bickering if you don't like it.

I suppose I meant to say that. I dont mind LJ or anything. I thought Mods kept posters from killing one another. Didnt know calling Bill Clinton a dickhead had to be approved by someone. BTW, GW was simply just stupid, so my comments on both dont reflect any party affiliation.

No one really wanted to mod that board or even have it exist. That is until LJ said that he would run it by his rules.
