I'm not sure he has any more upside than Lee or Hansbourgh did.

He might not, but Lee was barely a 1st rounder and Hansbrough was part of maybe the weakest draft class in forever. Projection alone probably has him with more upside.

I just don't see him being that good in the NBA. I agree with you, he'll find his place, but I don't think his upside is very high. He kinda just is who he is.
