feels like OSU should be down

Tennessee doesn't have to adjust at all

question is does OSU?

they are leading the game but you feel that if this pace continues it favors Tennessee

OSU needs to play a lot more physical in the 2nd half if they want to win this game! TENN is actually crashing the boards with some intensity and OSU is just getting pushed around going up to get the boards...Diebler needs to play better D and that would help everybody out. May have to try just the 2-3 zone instead of the 1-3-1 so guys can get out to cover the outside shot and have help down low if they get blown by(Diebler). I think OSU will come out in the 2nd half and play better...or at least I hope so!

Overall I'm very pleased with a three point lead at half. We had a few runs there where we played really well, but for the most part I felt like it was a poor half on the Buckeye's part. Having Lighty back on the floor in the second half will definitely help us defensively, but with the offensive production Simmons had it'll be a bummer to see him back on the bench.

As for first half...I am pleased as hell OSU has a lead. Tenn is playing OUT of their ASS right now. They have shot lights out, and rebounded like crazy...yet are DOWN at half. On top of that, Lighty sat out most of first half.
OSU needs to rebound better, and STOP dribble penetration and they will be fine. Disappointed in OSU defense.

Lauderdale extending past the 3 point line in the 1-3-1 is a rebounding disaster. And Simmons and Diebler being on the court at the same time against an athletic team is a defensive disaster.

I'm not too surprised we're being torched in either of those categories given the situation. If Lighty stays on the court both areas should improve in the 2nd half.
