Toughest region, definitely! Kansas didn't need to worry about OSU, Georgetown, Michigan State or Maryland - mighty Northern Iowa took them out instead!

Yeah, that sucked as a KU fan. NIU played a good game, hats off to them. Region keeps opening up for Ohio State.

This year is freakin nuts! haha I love it and hate it...just because of my bracket...but besides that it is pretty sweet! If OSU can get by GT tomorrow, TENN after that...they will take on either UNI, MSU or MD to get to the Final 4...Could be a little easier road since UK is out of the way haha

And good bye to my bracket too. But strangely, it doesn't bother me that much.

Hmm, and where is our resident arrogant SportsandLadies at? Hopefully all sharp objects in his house were hidden! ;) And this is why I have been saying since midseason that this NCAA is as wide open as any in recent memory.

Kansas had reason to cocky. They've been the best team all year. Our bucks could lose tomorrow. It's what makes march madness soooo great!!

That is how you beat a #1 seed. I hate teams that play when they are up not to lose in any sport. Up one, most underdogs would have tried to milk the clock and probably would have not scored at all on that possesion. Ali is a great shooter and he was open and shot the 3. It killed my bracket, but I loved watching them go right at Kansas and even when they were up double figures they did not change the way they play.

Why are Ohio State fans happy about this?

OSU fans are probably happy because if the win tomorrow they won't have to play KU to get to the Final 4...I would take my chances of playing UNI over KU...wouldn't you? Pretty easy question if you ask me.

Yeah, Bill Self loses ANOTHER 2nd round game.

I don't give a shit what Roy did this year, fact is, he's a better coach than Bill Self.

2 national titles prove that.

Well, my bracket is officially ruined by this. Can't say that I'm upset to see KU lose, but I do feel for the players, especially those who will be moving on. What a terrible way to end a great season.

We were coming back in to Columbus (on 70 from the Dayton area and saw a bunch (5 or 6) big power company trucks headed West with flashing lights on. We figured they were probably headed to Kansas cause after the loss the whole state probably went in to a metldown..... the night the lights went out in Kansas.

Not that I don't agree about Roy Williams, but it's kind of funny you say this right after the comment about Self lol.

In the interest of full disclosure, Roy Williams lost 2 second round games as a 1 seed when at Kansas.

Maybe it's just the school.
