The Bomb!! Loved them as a kid but they are hard to find these days. I hit a hostess outlet about two weeks ago and bought them all (ok all they had was like 10 left) there was like 6 on the shelf and I told the lady running the store, can you check in the back and see if you have anymore? Bring me them all, the look on her face was priceless, she came back with 4 and said that was all that was left. I was expecting a few boxes. I will be making a return trip!!

Man I agree!There's nothing more American than apple pie, but millions of Americans would argue about their favorite flavor of Hostess Fruit Pies. Apple, cherry, pineapple, lemon, blackberry, strawberry, French apple - a trip to the snack cake aisle can be like visiting a country fruit stand.
Heat them up and let the fruit filled aroma fill the house. Put them out for dessert, serve them a la mode, or put a package in a lunch box - it's as easy as pie. However you serve them, they won't be around for long. No one can hold a Hostess Fruit Pie in their hands without making them disappear.

Those suck when you compare them to the fry pies in Amish Country....they are completely awesome.

I think they're too sweet. Sickening sweet. The crust to a fruit pie is supposed to be somewhat savory.

Wes those are good too but of course even harder to find just anywhere. Every now and then I get lucky and see the Hostess or a generic brand at a corner store, etc...I have to buy them everytime!!

Apple is the only one I like the rest are blah. I like them slightly chilled, a few times in high school thats all I woiuld eat for the day.

I love the Hostess Apple Pie! Put it in a bowl, throw it in the microwave, then drop a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream on it!

I buy the lemon ones every time I see them. They are awesome.

When I was in prison every Saturday was pie night. The Hostess guy would back up to the prison and unload all the outdated pies that he picked up during the week. It was my job to help him. I would always stuff many of the pies in my clothing. You dont know how many times one of those pies stopped me from being assualted.
Some inmates would heat the chocolate pudding pies up with a lighter, cut an end off, and use it to masterbate.

When you're in the big house, you're subject to inspection at any giving time. Since this act was mostly done by the black population, by using chocolate pudding it would be hard to detect on their private parts.

Wal_mart carries Cutie-Pies. They are smaller but taste pretty much the same.

I'm being real. You can use any type pie you want. Plus you dont have to use a lighter since you have access to a microwave.
p.s. make sure you throw the pie away so nobody mistakenly eats it.
