Agreed. Just saying it won't be a cakewalk and they better bring their A game. Turner had better show up and not so sloppy.

Just a strange game... Don't really know what to take away from it .... It was a win that's all that matters now

Haha and Turner won't have another game like this. There isn't any reason why Diebler won't keep on stroking it. He has been on fire lately.

OSU just won with Turner shooting 2-14, I don't care who the opponent was this years tournament has proved anyone can hang in or win.

It's really impressive he can almost have a double double and play absolutely horribly

Officials let them hang on Turner from the get-go. Surely they will use a different crew on Sunday. Announcers not very observant of the hackfest.

Dallas Lauderdale's eight blocked shots an OSU tournament record, one better than Ken Johnson's total in the St. John's game

Did anyone else notice the UCSB player double dribble before hitting the late 3 from the elbow extended on the left side? It was there for the refs to see, but no call.

Thank God for Diebler. If anyone still doesn't understand the value of a perimeter shooter like Diebler, they should. Without him yesterday the Bucks could already be on the outside dreaming about what could have been. He was unconscious! I think maybe we ought to keep him.

But Turner will score more than 9 points.

I think Matta should have tried to help Turner out a little bit. Set some screens on the bumpers. Flash Turner to the free throw line so he could get a decent shot or draw and dish. Of course, the zone was packed and Diebler was hitting and he wasn't a bad option considering the focus on Turner.

USCB wasn't very good offensively, they played ET hard, too hard in fact just didn't get a lot of calls. That is actually surprising to me, especially given the tournament track record regarding physical play. Lauderdale was hardly a force offensively but man was he a beast against the smaller USCB players. Deebs was on fire and he will probably continue if he continues to get open looks on the catch and shoots.

Diebler shot the lights out.

Lauderdale was a force blocking shots.

Tuner, well, didn't show up like he normally does, lets just put it that way.

Its a W and on to the next round.

They really need someone else to bring the ball up the floor some of the time so Turner doesn't get worn out by full court pressure. After Georgia Tech watches the film from last night's game, you know they will have someone riding Evan's ass all over the court, and they will also be playing some 2-3 zone, which slowed us down last night. Especially against 2-3 zones, you need a guy to get the ball in the middle of the zone who can make a play. Even though P.J. Hill offers zero in scoring ability, maybe he can handle the ball well enough to get the ball to Evan inside the zone or under the foul line against man.

I'm really surprised more teams haven't employed full court on the Bucks this season. Minnesota killed us with fullcourt early in the season. I assume they don't think they can keep it up an entire game..

While it is true that Turner had a terrible game against the Gauchos, I think it would be a mistake for him to try to do too much early against Georgia Tech. Turner needs to let the game come to him on Sunday. He has a team around him that is very capable of winning against anyone if the Bucks play under control and take what the other team is giving. It is true that Turner was being tossed around most of the game, but that's part of the game, and you just have to take the win and move on. Perhaps the Bucks will get "the calls" Sunday. You know that if Ohio State wins the game, at least some of the Tech fans will say it's because of the refs. That's just the way it is in any game.

If GT runs a zone Buford and Diebler will eat them up because GT isn't a fundamental team and OSU's ball movement will have those two wide open.
