I remember the year I went to Ashland University's wrestling camp it was crazy hot, like 90 degrees.
The camp was a competition camp so it was like a dual meet tournament sort of. It was two days and we got 6 matches a day. The matches were one period but that period was 5 minutes. That is really, really long. Especially when you're out of condition (it was the summer) and it feels like the surface of the sun out.

^I think one of the camps I went to was Ashland. I know one of them was at Findlay.
One of them was ran by Miron Kharchilava. Can't remember who ran the other.

Huggins basketball camp every summer in high school. A lot of sweating in the hot sun on the outdoor courts and of course a lot of those "poosh ups".

I went to the Ohio State football camp, and John Powell's throwing camp at Denison. The Ohio State camp was the most overrated thing I have ever seen in my life, it was pretty cool to have coaches come up and get your information though, but overall what was taught was very rudimentary. However John Powell's camp singlehandedly made me a better thrower and made it possible to be a solid throwing coach, well worth the $600 hahah
