Way to go Riders! We beat a very talented team tonight. I'm real happy for coach Slaughter. Way to go Sly! Perfect time for a technical foul! It was our game from that point on. Team stepped it up and got the job done. Man, this is exciting.

What a difference a year can make!!! Great job tonight Riders! Coach Slaughter that was the way to Coach! Thank you!

Guys stepped up. I said earlier this week I expect to win, I have the same feeling for Saturday.

One more thing, I love see public schools win! Especially if it is Orrville.

Another thing.....why don't the downtown businesses have their Rider flags out on game day? They do it for football....let's show the same support for basketball.

I have refrained from commenting on anything since everyone moved from jj to here. I have just been sitting back and reading. For real, rrfan, just let it go. I agree completely with 5knots.

I doubt he (BigP) will comment on the game since he wasn't there tonight. I did listen to most of it on the radio and it seemed quite exciting. Congrats to the Riders (especially Coach Slaughter) and can't wait to see them in action Saturday night!!!

excellent comments by everybody regarding coach sly tonight. he really did coach a great game tonight. the players played the game, but he made all the right moves at the right time tonight putting our guys in the best position to pull this game out when it got really tight.

Wow....what a game. Wasson and bolyard were awesome....especially zach. The key to the win was when zack and jake were on the bench with foul trouble and the rest of the guys sustained the lead or may have actually extended it a point or 2. Great team bball!!! Just love seeing true red rider basketball again!! Congrats guys and coach slaughter!! Keep the intensity and hustle going!!

Don't the cheerleaders normally make the signs for businesses throughout the football season? I know we used to back in my day. So, maybe someone could put that bug in their ear over the next two days.

What did everyone think about the next team? I only stayed for 1 quarter. My brief impression was they had 2 players and we should be able to match up with them. All kinds of things can go wrong: fouls, poor shooting, zebras, etc., but they didn't look more athletic than us. Anyone else stay the whole game?
