He's got an outside shot of making it. But I'd lean more towards no.

one of many great players who fall just short of HOF.

definitely a gamer.
and he landed Mia Hamm.
so he's got that going for him.

Doubt it...but his kid might be someday. Got some athleticism in those genes.

Landing Mia Hamm is an accomplishment? She will take off her shirt each and every time her team scores a goal. Just another socceer skank.

Not even close. I liked him, but way too short a window of "great" years.

He also had his greatest seasons during the steroid boom period, and his numbers proceeded to drop off a cliff around the same time as baseball started to clean up the game. I hate to put 2 and 2 together like that, but he went from hero to zero awful quick.

I was being sarcastic, and there is nothing wrong with women disrobing to celebrate a score. I would encourage more of that. Except for maybe the WBNA.

I remember when he was with the Red Sox and they were talking about him actually having a chance at hitting a 400 average!

Nomar had a nice career. Injuries cost him dearly. He wont ever sniff the HOF!! Omar Vizquel will get in the HOF after several years of trying.

An absolute no doubter of the roids. No doubt. Could his numbers and timing and legs breaking down be more obvious. He and Luis Gonzalez are the 2 most obvious that NEVER get mentioned.

Agree with this....just not that many great years.
