Very much a cheap shot by Cooke. Can't believe he wasn't suspended at all for that. League needs to get rid of stuff like this and all blows to the head.

Cooke got away with it because there were two similar incidents this year and neither player received a suspension. FYI, the GM's proposed a new rule outlawing these kind of hits, needs approval by the board/owners and the players association.
