I'm into two wheelers, not four, and I thought about getting my bike ready for another season but the breakfast and wedding today derailed my plans. I rode 2700 hundred miles last summer and it was a great weight control strategy as well as giving me a lot more exercise than walking or jogging was giving me. I plan on getting things started again very soon.
