I'm not always right, but I am right in these two cases. The smoking ban in Ohio was a good idea. And denying gay rights in California was a very bad idea. It's really very simple. Gays want the same rights as straights. In many places in this country, those rights are denied to gays and lesbians. Gays have the same right as straights. Any gay man can marry a woman, just like any straight man. Any gay woman cam marry a man, just like any straight woman. They don't want the same rights.
