This has been hot news on Pittsburgh radio since it broke, they have gone from one extreme to another. There's also reports from Mark Madden's show on 105.9 WXDX that NO CHARGES have been filed. Roethlisberger's reps have also released a statement denying all accusations.

I thought we lived in the United States of America where one is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Let the facts come out, if this crap is true (which I doubt) then I'll be the first to nail Ben to the cross, but until then, lay off haters!

The press conference that I just heard stated that Ben is indeed a suspect. NO charges have filed against Ben or anyone else. He was at the club with a group of friends who started to mingle with a group of ladies. Also the charge is sexual assault not rape. Both are bad but different. I would say Ben is guilty of being extremely stupid.

why is he is in podunk Georgia anyway? from looking at a map there appears to be nothing near this place.

You are correct. I lived in Atlanta during the 90's. Milledgeville is rural Georgia maybe 90 miles South of Atlanta. They are, ironically, the home to the states largest Juvenile Correction facility!!

Ben thought the South Georgia girls wouldnt be smart enough to file a police report. Especially in rural nowhere. If Ben thought on the field like he does off the field. The Browns might have a chance.

Big Ben just must not want any National endorsements. For a 2 time SB winner it has always been odd he didnt have many/any national commercials. He has won more SB's than the king of commercials. Peyton manning.

I just saw the report from ESPN.com. She reports his exact height, weight, hair, eyes....but wouldn't identify his name. wtf? Bitch if you are getting busy with Ben Roethlisberger in a bathroom you know who it is.

Yeah, Dick's Sporting Goods, the "Got Milk" campaign, and Campbells Soup are pretty minor endorsement deals.

Al Capone reported this exact height and weight thing 4 hrs ago. Im not disputing any of that anyways. Big Ben is a douche that puts himself in bad situations and continuesly makes bad off the field choices!! You CANNOT argue that!!

Maybe because Manning's ugly mug looks a little less like Frankenstein than Ben's? Plus you have to be able to construct a sentence to do a commercial.

I understand all you guys being on Big Ben's side but really twice in 2 years doesn't make you the least bit skeptical that maybe just maybe the guy has issues. Maybe he just likes it rough or whatever. When Kobe was accused he didn't come out 6 months later and put himself right back in that situation. Ben likes his women that is obvious. I'm not saying the girl didn't put herself in that predicament but last I heard no still means no regardless of what your name is. I'm thinking he just likes it rough and the girls got scared. Neither accused him of rape so my guess is he does stop but gets really pissed.
Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. I never liked him before and I don't like him now. Embarrassing the Pittsburgh organization isn't too smart either.
